Blue Archive Tool

Blue Archive Tool is a free, ad-supported companion app for the game Blue Archive. It has no accounts and no sign-in. It collects only the device and usage data needed to run the app, show ads, and process the optional ad-free purchase.

This policy is published by Chill & Code Studio, based in Malaysia. It covers the Blue Archive Tool mobile app and nothing else.

Data we collect

• No account is required. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
• Device and usage data collected automatically by our advertising and infrastructure providers: IP address, advertising identifier, device model, operating system version, and diagnostic information.
• Purchase records for the optional one-time ad-free upgrade, handled by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details.
• Your calculator inputs and saved builds stay on your device. They are not transmitted to us.
• Anything you choose to send us directly, such as the contents of a support email.

How we use your data

• Deliver the banner schedule and game data the app displays.
• Serve and measure advertising, and honour your ads-personalisation choice.
• Verify and restore the ad-free purchase across reinstalls.
• Diagnose crashes and understand aggregate usage so the app can be improved.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

Sharing & third parties

• Google AdMob, our advertising partner, which processes device and advertising identifiers to select and measure ads.
• Google Play Billing, which processes the optional in-app purchase.
• Google Cloud Firestore, which hosts the banner and character data the app downloads.
• Where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data.

• Google AdMob — advertising (react-native-google-mobile-ads)
• Google Play Billing — the optional one-time ad-free purchase (expo-iap)
• Google Cloud Firestore — read-only delivery of banner and character data

Retention

We hold no user database of our own. Data held by our providers is retained under their own schedules; aggregated, non-identifying usage data may be kept longer where it helps stability and security. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device.

Security

All network traffic uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Because the app holds no accounts and stores your inputs locally, there is no personal profile of you for us to lose.

Your choices & rights

• Reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ads personalisation in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Clear all locally stored data by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling it.
• Ask us what data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under GDPR or similar laws. We honour them for anyone who asks.

Children's privacy

Blue Archive Tool is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that such data has been collected, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this same address and the “last updated” date above changes with it. The URL itself never changes.
