Triplet

Triplet is a free, ad-supported daily word puzzle. There is no account and no sign-in, and the puzzle itself runs entirely on your device. We collect only what our advertising and billing providers need.

This policy is published by Chill & Code Studio, based in Malaysia. It covers the Triplet mobile app and nothing else.

Data we collect

• No account is required. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
• Device and usage data collected automatically by our advertising provider: IP address, advertising identifier, device model, operating system version, and diagnostic information.
• Purchase records for optional in-app purchases, handled by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details.
• Your puzzle progress, streak, and settings are stored on your device only.
• Anything you choose to send us directly, such as the contents of a support email.

How we use your data

• Run the daily puzzle and keep your local progress and streak.
• Serve and measure advertising, and honour your ads-personalisation choice.
• Deliver the optional daily reminder notification, if you turn it on.
• Process and restore in-app purchases.
• Respond to support requests you send us.

Sharing & third parties

• Google AdMob, our advertising partner, which processes device and advertising identifiers to select and measure ads.
• Google Play Billing, which processes in-app purchases.
• Where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data, and your guesses are never used for advertising or profiling.

Retention

We hold no user database of our own. Puzzle progress lives on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Data held by our advertising and billing providers is retained under their own schedules.

Security

The game runs locally and needs no network connection to play. Any traffic it does make — ads and purchase verification — uses encrypted HTTPS connections.

Your choices & rights

• Reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ads personalisation in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Turn the daily reminder off at any time in the app's settings, or revoke the notification permission in Android Settings.
• Clear all locally stored progress by clearing the app's storage, or by uninstalling it.
• Ask us what data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by emailing us.

Children's privacy

Triplet is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that such data has been collected, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this same address and the “last updated” date above changes with it. The URL itself never changes.
